When can I move in?
If we have a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime during our access hours.
What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
You must provide a government-issued photo ID (ie: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, we rent on a month-to-month basis. We only rent units by calendar months.
How do I make a payment?
You can pay in person, mail a check, or sign up for automatic withdrawal.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Checks, cash and direct withdrawl. We do not accept money orders.
Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Liquids, explosives, flammable items, toxic materials and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?
No. When you sign your lease you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you access to your unit during normal access hours.
Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?
Yes. You are welcome to use our complimentary carts to move in.
When can I access my unit?
We'll assist you in selecting and setting up your storage unit, and you'll have 24/7 access whenever you need to visit
Do I need insurance?
Yes, we require insurance. You can provide proof of insurance if you already have it.
How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
All contracts are month-to-month. However, we do require a 30-day notice before you move out.
